A Birth Story Reflection is a space is designed to help you process a specific event, your birth. It is ideal for finding clarity, answering questions, and easing the burden of a difficult experience.
For your safety and well-being, please note: If you are struggling with overwhelming feelings of depression, anxiety, or trauma that significantly impact your daily life, this may be a sign of a clinical condition. In such cases, the most effective support comes from a qualified psychotherapist.
My role is to listen deeply and walk alongside you. While I may gently share insights from my midwifery experience when it feels helpful, my main intention is to hold this space for you and your story.
Location & Sessions
I offer 60-90 minute sessions in a quiet, confidential room in Kreuzberg/Tempelhof. You are welcome to attend alone or with company - whatever feels right for you.
Sessions are offered upon request to ensure you receive my undivided attention. My wish is to provide you with a safe container to process your experience, find clarity in your birth story, and help you find a sense of closure.
